They canceled it early, they still haven't released it all on DVD...and every time it gets mentioned they trash it.
I don't get it. The Brak Show is a lot better than the crap AS offers (Tom Goes, Tim & Eric, Squidbillies, Xander),

what is there that's left to release on DVD? There's 2 volumes out now, and as far as I'm aware, that's all the episodes they ever made for Brak.
As for the trashing, I have no idea. My only guess is that I think a lot of AS fans found The Brak Show to be really, really annoying and so they canceled it. I don't know. I also think Brak is waaaaaaaay better than half the crap on AS right now.
seriously this show is awesome. Sealab 2021, Squidbillies and Harvey Birdman can go die for all i care (although i do like aqua teen and metalocalypse).

sharewell, harvey birdman is definitely the better of those three, but I think sealab is overrated, and squidbillies...that's just a lame show overall
shareI don't get it either. I thought this was the staple of Adult Swim, and let's not forget there would be no AS at all if there was no Cartoon Planet which Brak was all over. I think the Brak Show was brilliant and Brak was a great character and this anti sitcom spoof was the reason I began watching Adult Swim. This was the humor I always thought shows like Aqua Teen Hunger Force & Harvey Birdman was going for but Brak did it best. THEN it was revealed that Brak was cancelled and Aqua Teen Hunger Force {A show I find has very few laughs, some yes but very few for my my taste} was named the staple show of Adult Swim. I don't know I still think Brak was way funnier than all the AS shows {Metalocalypse has since taken it's place for the most brilliant} but I guess I am in the minority here and everyone even people right at Williams Street still are not fans of Brak!! However I guess I accept that Brak will always live on on DVD {Two Volumes} and have a cult following of fans with extraordinarily good taste for the absurd!!!

Well, you're right. Xavier may not be the absolute best. 12 Oz. Mouse is up there as well.
share12 oz/xavier/tim and eric/squibillies/mighty boosh/ etc... all need to get canceled immediately. Nothing about those shows is funny, it's AS seeing if they can trick people into laughing at ANYTHING they put on the air, and some people are falling for it apparently.
