Just watched this movie for the first time in years & realized how bad it actually was. I watched it with the girls I sit for (6 & 10) & they kept commenting about the fact that it had no theme (plot). If kids that young notice that then you know it's really bad.

The plot of the story is a bunch of snobby teenagers go on a ridiculously nice vacation and someone gets jealous and someone likes this guy that this guy likes and then someone lies and the teenagers disobey their parents and they solve a crime and then everyone is happy. Lesson of the story don't become friends with random people in foreign countries? Haha..

And a lot of bad acting. I can't think of one person in this movie who acted decently except maybe the staff members in the Bahamas. All the main characters were awful. A lot of over-acting.

It's comically bad. And while there is some sort of typical Mary Kate and Ashley skeleton plot--wealthy twin sisters travel somewhere, fall in love with cute guys in less than a week, look flawless and save the day--it's so predictable and the acting is horrid. When I was a kid, I mocked this movie so much (especially Megan Fox's character). But it's one of those movies that you can watch repeatedly because you can mock it repeatedly and somehow it's still entertaining.
