MPAA mistake?

I have seen this movie two times and never saw any sexual content. It says it is rated PG-13 for some sexual content and then like violence and language. Anyone catch this?

Someone confused sucks as an action in the film, not a description of the film.

I haven't seen it, so I'm not sure. I know it has violence, not sure about language.

Also it is the only movie starring Steven Seagal which does not have an R rating (correct me if I'm wrong).

I guess the only "Sexual Content" would be some dialouge.
