shareIt sure wasn't. It's very obvious that it was shot for R and then edited to go for PG-13. Apart from the lyrics issue one needs to be blind and/or deaf to miss the scene, when Ja Rule actually says mother***er but the sound is missing for the second half of the word even though his lips move.
