I'm from the UK (which presumably was where this was first aired) and I can remember watching these when I was in nursery which would have been 93/94. Also, Dianne Jackson who directed this, died in 1992. I would change it, only I don't know the original air date.

It premiered on BBC one on April 19, 1992 (Easter Day). I don't know why they have put 1997. All I know is because it took 5 years before it came in America's Family Channel.

I have asked IMDB to correct this, but I haven't heard a reply from them yet.

yeah, I fixed this. It first aired in the UK in 1992, and the United States in 1993.
