Resolution question.
my resolution is stuck on 640 by 480 resolution. does anyone know how to CHANGE IT, cuz the game looks like it was made for the gameboy with tat resloution.

You can't change it. It is was made so because of fairness during multiplayer matches. All the players have to play on the same resolution so that noone could have an unfair advantage over their opponents (see more of the map). It's 'cause the game's so old that the resolution is so small, back in 1998 that was just what monitors/video cards could handle.
