I've got it for PC, but XP doesn't run it and I'm not about to change back to '95 just for this game. It's a shame though.

There is a patch you can get in order to play the pc port. But screw all that. Just get the ISO and an emulator

just donwload this mega cd iso and get a sega emulator and you can play it there
