Nobody's (nobodies) answering back this thread because it is a horrible thread and no one agrees with the OPs premise.
I agree with the original poster. This movie is pretty bad. Bad writing, clunky attempts at witty dialogue. And the cast has no chemistry. You never get the feeling you're watching a real family... only that a group of pretty, B-movie actors who barely know each other have been thrown together to try to make something of a so-so script. The film does not succeed.
Plus, the baby voice of the lead actress just drives me UP THE WALL. I can't stand grown women who talk like children.
superbu1
you nailed it!
I agree completely too! To be frank, the filmmaker should find a different career.
"Don't get chumpatized"! -The King of Kong (2007)
ouch! but true.
I was really surprised by how many big actors there were in this movie, and it just seemed so cheaply made and again, the whole story was cliche.
It was free on youtube so I guess it wasnt much of a loss
Completely, positively agree. This director/writer should stick to Lifetime movies. In fact, that is even too good for her. Who did she con into getting the money to produce this waste of film? Poor characterizations, banal storyline, stereotypical clap amidst wannabe 'kewl karacters'. Has to be one of the worst movies I have ever seen. Take away the SAG card, drop out of the Director's Guild and hang your head in shame.
shareSorry Vanessa but they're right, this is just plain lousy. You will live to regret never going to med school!
shareI just watched this last night on television. One of the worst pictures I've ever seen. Horribly written. Badly cast - a few of the daughters are so obviously NOT Italians, plus the lead character was insufferable. A cinematic abortion.
shareThank you so much for the warning; i started watching it and about 5 minutes into it, when they were sitting around the table, it seemed like a bad commercial for Hallmark greeting cards, one where none of the actors actually looked related and they were all trying to out-act each other to get noticed. thankfully, there was an old episode of Law & Order on another channel that i've seen 4 times already that is much more entertaining.
