Something wrong with the music credits

I understand that Patrick Hawes, a contemporary English composer, wrote the Pavane that forms the theme of "The Incredible Mrs. Ritchie" (and is played in full just before the movie ends) but he is not credited as the movie's composer (or one of its composers.)

I found this very confusing because I was looking for some sheet music of the Pavane, and it didn't help that I had to start by researching a composer who had not written the music.

I also think it's unfortunate that full credit has not been given because the Pavane is just about the only example of a tonal composition in or outside of movies that I can think of that is contemporary while not being derivative.

As such, it shows that the common claim by many talentless academics that tonal classical music is "exhausted" and not worth writing anymore is incorrect.
