So why does the message boad only have posts from 2016 on it - what happened in the last 12 years?

Good question. It's my first time on this particular board, but never seen that before on any other board. Maybe it got hijacked by trolls and they reset it? I can't imagine 12 yrs of no one posting on here.

Good point and a valid question! I first saw this film years ago (as a sequel to Pitch Black), and I've always liked it. It's in no way a great or even a very good film, but it's okay and definitely entertaining IMHO. A major problem IMO is that Diesel's Furion "abilities" are overplayed. It might have been better if it was somewhat more "realistic."

For some reason imdb regularly deletes older threads for this particular movie. I don't know why or why they do it so strongly for this particular movie. I actually posted the same comment as you about a year ago and imdb's already taken it down. Who knows.
