I found this clip and thought it was funny as hell, it's apparently a prank a couple of the cast members played on the director and crew while shooting what I think was their last episode. Turn down the volume and for Pete's sake don't watch it in front of children!

Wow pretty sick minds for a kids show people...ew.

I'm pretty sure it's real, even children's show actors have to cut loose and joke around occasionally, I can only image what DIDN'T make it on camera!
