This documentary rules! It´s a shame nobody watched it. But if you saw, tell me how you liked it.

Unfortunately, even here in Brasil it´s hard to find it. I saw it some years ago on cable tv and recorded it, but I lost the tape. However I think the directors will become famous (Katia Lund worked on City of God, Salles is also very talented) and then maybe they will release a dvd.

It's on the UK DVD release of "City of God".

Well worth seeing I agree, better than the movie in some ways.

I've got this documentary on the 'City of God' DVD. I watched it after the film and I was shocked! I wasn't expecting it to be half as confronting as the film but I was very wrong. It really opened my eyes to the horrific living conditions of Rio. It's a very very good doco but it's also extremely depressing.

Same as above. I expected a 5 minute thing about the making of "City of god". Instead I was subjected to something on the same level as the film I just watched. A perfect companion piece.
