Real Vomit?

It´s probably BS, but I heard that the vomit scene is real, that is, when she is eating the vomit, she is actually eating actual vomit? Could anybody help out me here? I mean, that can´t be true, right?

She never ate any vomit- she fed her vomit to the man in the bag.
It clearly wasn't real vomit, either.

He really ate the vomit. It was mentionned on the DVD. She really puked!!!
