Today's teens look 12

When I was a child in the 80s, I remember thinking that teenagers in movies looked like grown ups. When I watch those movies now as an adult, they still look like grownups. When I watch movies from the 90s,...same thing. I don't know what it is with these millennial teen movies, but the girls especially look 12. They have tiny bodies with almost no curves. Francine and Carly were so average looking and annoying, that I don't see how any grown man can find them hot. Jessie, I can understand. Her curves were vague, but I can see why men would like her. But anyways, are teens undernourished and just not growing anymore these days?
