Absolutely hated it

This is probably one of the worst movies I've ever seen, and probably some of the worst performances I've ever seen on screen. Going through this board is pretty funny though. Most of you seem to praise this utterly disappointing pile of garbage. Cheesy gore, silly villains, annoying characters, unrealistic reactions, dumb plot, terrible directing and some of the dumbest people seen on screen.

Call me troll, sure. This movie sucked, I hope at least there's someone here to agree with me besides these people who seems to love it.

If you think this sucks, try movies like "My Bloody Valentine" remake. There are much worse horror flicks than this, for real!

I agree with you toroto92.

I love horrors but this is just so average. I really can't be bothered to list everything that was wrong with this movie, it doesn't deserve that much thought to be invested into it. The IMDB rating for this is far too high, it's a 3 at best in my humble opinion.

Lost - The Soprano's - 24 - Dexter

If your opinion was humble you wouldn't be here, on a forum about the movie, posting just to say you didn't like it. It deserves a 3? Then rate it a 3. And we'll rate it what our 'humble opinions' think, the IMDb will average it out - and we'll still get a rating of 6.0. How on earth can you claim humility while in the same breath asking for the opinions of thousands of others to be changed to match yours?

reply

I don't necessarily hate it I just find it disgusting.

totally agree with you toroto92...absolute crap film with *beep* acting and no real story to it. Starts off looking promising then gets stupid. Why cant they make horrors like they used to???

reply

Utter null!
Totally agreed!

No acting, no score, no empathy, no thrills... no boobies?! Nothing.
The one thing that I barely found interesting was some of the camera moves... they were pretty elegant in some situations... but too few, too far apart.

I liked it. It was a little cheesy at times, but it had good suspense and awesome chase scenes, which is what I love in a horror movie.

reply

totally agree with this, the chase scenes kept me on the edge of my seat due to them not even knowing where they were, and even though that mountain man's high pitched laugh was extremely cheesy, i thought it sounded so menacing non the less ha :)

reply

OK, this may not be a masterpiece, but I thought it had some really good suspense and thrill's which had me on the edge of my seat in the theater. Each to there own I guess.

I'm not crazy about it, and it's kind of ummemorable, but it's still decent.

I watched this with a girl who didn't want to watch it by herself. I have never been a fan of horror movies (I can never accept them as believable) and this one was probably one of the poorer ones I've seen. We ended up getting enjoyment out of it only by making fun of it's cheesiness throughout the entire thing. Ironically enough, I thought the sequel had a better story and was more suspenseful, which we watched, again, just to make fun of.
