Sweetest Little Film

I love Rare Birds. William Hurt is almost sexy in his quiet, genuine character. (His bare butt IS kinda cute) His friend, Alphonse, is a Hoot, and I love all his philosophies...All about a dwindling restaurant and what to do about that...
The score is hauntingly beautiful and the scenery is, too. Molly Parker is Divine. Everytime I get the crossword clue for "auk", I think of this film and Smile. All around Sweet Little Film, and I watch it everytime I catch it on.
