Yes, this film was marketed badly, they supposedly chopped it to bits in editing and yet, my 7 year old and her frinds laugh like fools at it. That's who it is mainly for - kids. Simple plot - save your parents while you wear a series of silly disguises. But here are some truly funny throwaway lines and the great character actor Harold Gould gives a 100% as the grandfather/teacher.
sharelmao, every time my friend and i mention ANYTHING from this movie...we burst out laghing, its just sooo hilarious...(Our other friends get irratated by our consistant quoting)
You suck Balls!
I just saw this movie and omg! It was so funny! It's a great movie to cheer up if your in a bad mood or just need a smile on your face
shareYou can fart in front of 7 years old and make them laugh hysterically, it doesn't make it good comedy.
It just throws the equivalent of farting around kids at them... in movie form... by chewing the scenery all the time.

This movie suffered the same fate as Mike Meyer's "The Love Guru". Both had really annoying commercials, so no one saw them. I have to admit I haven't seen either, but again, it's because if there is a commercial I don't like to sit through, it's pretty unlikely I will like to sit through the movie that it represents.
sharelet me guess you're a Sandler fanboi and Little Nicky and Jack and Jill are your favourites.

I love this movie too. : )
It's totally stupid, and silly, and it's not that well done, but THAT'S JUST THE POINT! I hate the way people bash this movie, as though the director meant for it to be anything more. Reality check, haters, the movie is *supposed* to be terrible/silly/slapstick/pointless. That's what makes it enjoyable. You don't have to think while watching it, you just laugh. That's it. I usually go for more serious movies, mostly period films, or mysteries. I love a film that makes me think. But every once and a while, it's nice to sit back and just watch and laugh.
We must be the change we wish to see.

My hubby and I just watched this movie that was on Movieplex recently, we laughed all the way thru it, a great tribute to the talents of Dana C.......and I love turtles!!!!! except for the really ugly one we had in our pond a year ago, we hope hes gone on to greener ponds somewhere, its not fun to buy fish and then have Mr Ugly get free lunches!!! anyway, the movie was hilarious!!! Go Dana Go!!!!
shareGlad to see that people did like this movie. don't think just laugh with your family.
shareWow, I'm impressed! There's actually a hole somewhere in the world that has fans of this POC!
