This has to be one of the best behind the scenes documentaries ever produced. Its funny, though, that since it was released in 1979 that it doesnt make mention of The Holiday Special. Still, I guess there are reasons for that, and some good ones at that.

shareWell...You can try eBay. You may be lucky and find a copy on VHS, though the chances of that happening are very slim, especially if your after the original cover of the 1979 and 1982 VHS release...You would have more luck getting the 1995 release that came with some copies of the 1995 THX videos of the original trilogy (One Last Time if you remember), though even getting that VHS is slim (I have 2, one unopened).
Your best chance to get this documentary is to buy a fan made bootleg of the original trilogy which has the Making of specials on them, though these are few and far between on eBay recently after the release of the original unaltered trilogy on DVD officially (I have a copy of these too). I believe some people are selling just the making of docos on DVD, so you may get lucky there on eBay.
That being said, you possibly could buy a VHS release from Amazon or some such place...But Im dont really think youll have much luck.
