Seriously, I thought Angel Vargas gave a better performance in Killjoy 1 than Trent Haaga has in the sequels. And his costume/makeup design was better too; although credit for that obviously goes to the production designers.
shareHonestly? Yes. He had the perfect flamboyant voice and personality for it. He made the Script work in his favor. They really dropped the Ball by recasting the Character. The movies are cheesy as Hell but for some reason I enjoy them.

shareI totally agree. There isn't much to like about Killjoy 1, in my opinion, but the actual clown was far superior, in terms of both, looks and performance, to its incarnation in the sequels.
shareHaaga got really good by Goes to Hell but he'll never beat Vargas' performance.
