Dumbledore knowing that Harry was at the Weasleys

Besides me wouldn't anybody else would like to have JK Rowling explain how did Dumbledore know that Harry Potter was at the Weasleys even since he arrived at their house the same morning the owl arrived with their letters and Harry Potter's letter was also included. Did he figure to send in case, or does he have some sort of crystal ball and saw that he arrived at the house? Or is he just like Hermione Granger and just knows everything.

It's magic. :)

I guess but it is still interesting to think about

In the Deathly Hallows (both book and movies) it is revealed that under-aged wizards are marked with a "trace" that keeps track of them until their 17th birthday.

That's how the Ministry knows when the kids are doing magic when they are away from Hogwarts. It also makes mail delivery easier.
