the only way of saving Austin Powers without making a possible 4th movie suck would be including the time machine.

Dr. Evil is a funny villian, Scott is not a funny villian.
Fatbastard is not funny when he's skinny.
mini-me is funnier then mini-austin.

change dr. Evil back into a baddie, make scott neglected by his father, add sound beef to fatbastard. and for the love of god, kill off beyonce.

That's a great idea. This could also mean that Austin's father is not in this movie, which is okay if you ask me.

Not only that, but the good Dr. Evil or the bad Scott could meet themselves (and maybe turn evil or good again, or not.).

Well, I always had a feeling that they made that ending to do a farewell the the franchise. And honestly if you ask me, we don't need a fourth Austin Powers movie, period.
