This movie was down right hilarious. I only caught the last third of it, but its easily one of the unintentionally funniest movies I have ever seen. However did I miss this, and why is it not brought up as one of the worst movies of all time?

The dialogue, the sfx, and even the gotdamn props and set were one of a kind.

Where the hell, and why the hell did he have a set of dice on him when diffusing the bomb on him?
