MDCPD STANDS FOR WHAT ??

Hi everybody…just finished watching “ANTIBODY “(2002)… Lance Henriksen ..wow long movie, anyway in the beginning he was with a uniformed officer in trying to defuse a bomb in a warehouse and the officer had a flag jacked with the initials MDCPD on it I have lQQed many places cannot find what those letters stand for PD- police department or what…very trying

Wild guess...Maryland/DC Police Department?

Or maybe Metropolitan DC Police Department? If you add an S on the end it's supposed to stand for Modern Defense Civilian Personnel Database System.
