does anyone know if the guy playing david and shannon were datting at the time in real life because i know they was together at one point in time!!

I think Julian (David) and Shannen were dating at the time.

Not at the time of the movie. They dated back in 1998, and this movie was filmed in the early part of 2001

Actually they started dating in 2001 - they were still dating after Shannen left Charmed.
