Please give me ways that this season is like EVA. I only saw a few eepisodes (somewhere around 8) and I never saw any EVA refrences.

Tamers and EVA? That's a new one. Off the top of my head I can't really think of any references between the two, unless it was either A. A very generalized reference that both series came across in dealing with a particular situation, or B. An intentional reference slipped in there as a subtle wink and a nod to fans of Evangelion.

Maybe if was the way that Megagidramon went beserk, just like Unit 01.

A list of pretty much all the Evangelion parallels in Tamers. The writer, Chiaka J. Konaka, is a big Eva fan so it's not really surprising that he put in all those references.
No offence, but some of those are (like the three personalty types and the shared experiences between tamer and digimon) basic anime concepts that appear in dozens of anime. I could just as easily apply half of them to Pokemon and Mobile Suit Gundam.
Others (like the asthetics) could be coincidence, and are mostly so stretched that people like me needed to be specifically told aobut them before we even knew what you were talking about.
While I won't argue whether the writter was or wasn't inspire by NGE, I personally think that this is more a matter of fans seeing what they want to see.
The only real parellel that I personally see the Takato and Megaguildramon - Shinji and Beserk Eva Unit 1 parrallel.
IT's not something that I'm going to get into an argument about it, but I simply don't see them.
