The opening is piece "Tu Solus" by Josquin des Pres.
The harmonization of the hymn was done for the film. I tracked down the tenor, Joachim Duske, and emailed him and he sent me the music.
The Abraham section is also early polyphony - I don't remember, but probably if you google the "incipit", i.e. the first line of text in the film, and the word polyphony, you could probably come up with the music. Might be Josquin, or Palestrina. Someone like that.
