This is completely irrevelant. But in the long run, I think Kenshin would win. After all most of his abilities are natural, where as Batman has all of those spiffy gadgets.
shareKenshin at the end of the Jinchuu arc would win. It would be iffy at the end of the Kyoto arc. And at the end of the Tokyo arc he would lose to Batman.

Batman is from this universe, he is smart, but if he wouldnt know the opponent, Kenshin with god-like speed (different appliance of physic) would beat his ridiculous suited ass with one swing.. but the idea is as strange as the question :)
