Movie blows, see it on stage instead.

The problem is not with the adaptation, it's that there pretty much was no adaptation. A few cuts here and there, a couple of modifications, that's not adapting. It's almost a copy of the stage show and that's why it doesn't work as a movie.
shareSeriously. Worst. OP post. Ever.
So: a realistic, down to earth show..which is completely off the wall swarming with magic robots?!
Seeing it on stage was not an option for me until years later, when the final show was filmed. Before that this movie was all I had and I loved it. Still love it. Nothing beats the (mostly) OG cast.
"What race are you? If you don't tell me I'll just...assume the worst."
Not sure if I love or hate your tagline.
shareWhat IS that tagline supposed to mean??!
shareThe film is great. It is an adaptation. The Live on Broadway version is great.
I love them both. I look at the message of both artistic formats.
Clearly you have sand in your a$$hole and just feel the need to rage on a message board. I feel sorry for you. I hope your abusive step parent pummels it out of you soon. It'd be good for you
The film is wonderful. I met three of the original cast. Anthony, Adam and Idina.
shareI saw the movie and the stage version.
I thought it was the same; the characters were still mostly horrible people.
This is one of my favorite movies.
Wendy? Darling? Light, of my life!
