what was going on in the cartoon? did anyone get what was happening? i know there was a rape, and the they were on a set, but then the girl woke up. i'm just looking for a little clarification if anyone knows what was going on there for the first half of the cartoon.

The cartoon is a Japanese Anime film called Perfect Blue. That scene was a mock rape for a movie that Mima the former pop idol was doing.
