Starts Great And Goes Downhill From There

This movie starts great, the opening scene when they are talking in jail is the best and most original thing about the movie. That scene has some great dialouge in it, especially from Amitabh and Sanjay Dutt.

The movie is boring because it copies the plot of Resevoir Dogs, and they style of Heat and The Ususal Suspects. And since its shot in LA, it makes it seem all the more tired.

If they were going to all the trouble of shooting in America et al, they should have made an original screenplay. It may have even taken off in America the way hong kong action movies do.

The only thing of note in the movie is that the shooting scenes are done with 100 times better technical proficiency than in bollywood films. They get proper blanks this time, not the same sound of a heavy book falling to the floor that gunshots sound like in bollywood movies.
