Irish Comedian's name

There was a guy in a special called "The Best of Just for Laughs" (I hope this is it) and he talked about being surprised twice in a row.
"I hate it when you get surprised by something, you react, and then you get surprised by something else. You got no where to go. Like my friend came up to me and said "I won 50$ today!" "Really!" "And there's life on Mars!"
The face he makes to trry and look more surprised is just priceless.
Anywho, if anyone can help me out, I'd love to know his name and see more of his stuff. Thanks!
