Luke Fraser wasn't anymore aware of the watchers than Simon Kirkland, who wasn't killed off. Those watchers looked like they willed the auto accident to happen. If it was just a random accident, why were they there? I thought they only showed up when men was persecuting other men.

The only thing that I couldn't make sense of was that sometimes they were invisible to other people and sometimes not.
For example, when the car blows up, they are the only one standing up while everyone is down on the ground shocked and disoriented.
I thought they were responsible for Luke Fraser having the accident so that the things that were supposed to happen would happen--the reason Dan, Ioan Gruffudd, gave for killing the policeman.
