Chechnya part is a total mess

Here's the real story of the only Western worker who was killed by the rebels:

Relatives of an American disaster relief expert who disappeared in Chechnya in April said today that he was executed on April 14 [1995] by Chechen rebels who were told by Russian intelligence agents that he was a spy. "Let it be known to all nations and humanitarian organizations that Russia was responsible for the death of one of the world's great humanitarians," Christopher R. Cuny said grimly at a news conference in Moscow to announce the end of his family's search for his brother, Frederick C. Cuny. Christopher Cuny said he believed that Russia had set up the killing of Mr. Cuny, 50, and his three Russian traveling companions in revenge for an article Mr. Cuny wrote (...) "On or before March 30, intelligence operatives travelled to Bamut and spread disinformation about Fred, Galina and the two doctors," Mr. Cuny said.

But no, in the movie they sadistically(!) target aid workers without reason (even after ransom was paid), "they will rape and kill you", and what not. Geez. What a sensationalist garbage!
