I had to get my mum to buy this film for me (i'm 17) because it says its an 18 on the box, and yet, I can't see why on earth its classed as an 18, there's no blood or swearing, and only 1 sex scene (which is only 2 people diving under a cover) has the BBFC gone mad? >_> (i'm talking about the UK version of the film, I don't know what its classified as in America or Japan)

The only reason I can think of is... couple of people get stabbed. There's no blood, though.
Personally? I'd give this movie a 12 rating. It's childish in parts, serious in others, political sometimes, but never above a teenager's head at all.
Maybe it was due to the traps? They thought maybe that sequence was a bit strong? Or maybe Asuka was just too sexy... lol
