Blond, blue-eyed kid in Soldats village

In episode 22 or 23 or thereabouts, Kirika visited a village populated completely by Soldats, and was startled to see a little blond, blue-eyed girl who was the spitting image of Mireille. When Kirika said "I'm sorry I killed your parents," the kid said something like "Of course you did. You're Noir." Was that kid (and her parents) related to Mireille?

I don't think so. I think she looked similar to young Mireille as a plot device just to remind Kirika of her and what she'd done. The kid saying "Of course you did. You're Noir" is to prove that the people in this village are strong followers of the Noir ritual and are taught it at a young age.
