In episode 4, The Sound of Waves (~ 11:00 mark), you can see the date of birth of Rosaly Hammond: August 2, 1994. Her age is 15. Do the math and the year for that time would be 2009-2010.

Yup. I've seen some posts that deny that the on-screen evidence is true, but that goes against Occam's razor.

I think that Kirika is only 16 or 17 in Noir's "present" timeline. Chloe is also 16 or 17, and Mireille is 19 or 20. The Corsican hit (murder of Mireille's family) took place 10 years in the series's past, making Kirika and Chloe 6 or 7 at that time and Mireille 9 or 10.
