The Gross sisters

Why are they blue?

If Practice Makes Perfect and Nobody's Perfect,Why Practice?

reply

They are supposed to be ashy because they don't take baths or use lotions.

reply

lol ashy

reply

Yeah, but last I checked, skin that's ashy looks white or gray, not blue....

The more people I meet, the more I get why Jane Goodall spends all of her time with chimps.....

I was going to ask this question aswell! What is "ashy", does it really happen to black people's skin if it is not taken care of? Obviously it's not really blue, so are they supposed to be dull and flaky?

Illiterates don't have to read this.

Ashiness happens to almost everyone. It happens bcuz ur skin is too dry.

I think it happens to people of most races, it's just more prominent on black people for obvious reasons.

reply

it happens to all races. you can't see ash on whites because the ash is white like the skin

i've got feelings too, ya know - inbetweeners

Maybe because they're mean and evil. I mean, look at Dr. Drakken on Kim Possible, his skin is blue,so maybe it's that.

I'm a 13 year old hormone-crazed teenager and I'm proud! lol

reply

Since it's Disney, I guess they want to color-code some characters. I don't know.

Their skin is ashy. Penny confirms this in the episode where she's in boot camp:

Yeah I'm ashy, and yeah I'm in boot camp

reply

Supposedly, they're ashy and don't wear lotion.
