What Is This Episode Called???

OK HELP--
A lady I babysit for said she watched OSWAlD once w/ her 1 yr son and wouldn't watch it again because "Oswald stole a clock off of a firehouse to use it"?? She didn't go further into detail about the show, but she was like..."what is that supposed to teach our kids, it's ok to steal from the Fire Dept?" I was nice and bit my tongue..but I was angry, because she knows my son loves the show, and I had his room decorated in OSWALD at the time. How rude can you get?! Anyway, my question is what is the name of that episode? Has anyone seen it? I keep waiting for it to come on Noggin..but I have yet to see Oswald steal ANYTHING!

Any help will be greatly appreciated!! =o)

I can't remember the name of the show, but it was the one where the Clock was off and the city didn't wake up. He didn't steal ANYTHING. He borrowed a fire truck to use the ladder to get up to the clock so he could get it started again.

the name of the episode is "stopped clock"

Oswald has to fix the clock on the alarm clock building. first aired on September 18, 2003. ((HUGS)) I love oswald too. So do my children.

Yeah if she would have watched the episode she would have know he didn't steal anything. He was fixing the clock.
