The last 30 minutes of the movie are pure magic

I am a guy who is not too fond of romantic movies. I find most of them cheesy. But "My Sassy Girl" is on a whole different level. The most romantic movie I have ever seen. I laughed throughout the film and the last 30 minutes of the movie, right from the scene where the lead actor gives the girl's blind date 10 rules, are pure romantic magic. I even shed a few tears right at the end, and that is so rare for me. Highly highly recommended!!

I couldn't agree more about the last 30 min being superb.

However, i didn't really laugh in the firs part, the jokes are too childish, characters lack depth in conversation.

The last 30 min of this movie are extremely well, and make up for the rest.

The past 30 minutes, particularly the past 10 *right up until aunt scene*, PARTICULARLY the scene where she gets on the train and he sees her and for some reason doesn't knock or do anything about it at all..made me want to *beep* MURDER SOMEBODY.

I was burning up with a ridiculous rage that I've never felt before.

It didn't make me quite as angry as it did you, but the last act did hurt the film a bit for me. I can understand why it works for some people, but that sudden shift into melodrama put a complete halt to what I was enjoying about the film (the fact that it was mostly fun and often funny).

It told the audience up front (ok, not up front, but about 30 minutes in when he was explaining Shower's ending) that it was going to be a melodrama. I felt "Overtime" tied the movie up nicely and gave it a lot more, needed substance.

I loved the whole movie throughout, found it pretty funny. So far, it's the best romantic comedy I've seen.

The last 30 minutes (from the blind date until the end shot) are the best of the film. Its probably in my top 5 of all films as far as endings go. Its really the only romantic drama/comedy that I can watch over and over again.

Loved it!
