I watched it with low expectations and wound up enjoying it for what is was. It was a fun movie that was made to entertain, not t win an award. Don't be too picky,

Totally agree.
Am commenting especially to keep this thread at the top of the queue.

Overlooked here is the high quality world class charismatic watchable cast
whom spared no effort for a simple Asian action piece.

While predictable, sometimes that's all I want.
The real world is crazy enough.

And THAT is the real truth about Cats and Dogs.

From nearly all reports this film is a clunker, but I agree that if you have low expectations going in then you can relax and enjoy the parts you like.
So, I'm not crossing it off my "to watch" list.

Sure, I might be disappointed, but I'm sure watching the graceful beautiful Michelle would make up for that.
