Maybe I missed something but when that asain lady goes to kill the tied up girl on the effiel tower she says wanna hear a secret and carter says no so like what was the secret?

She used the same line earlier and that time the secret was "Someone's going to die here" or "... tonight" - one or the other anyway, so I assume it is the secret she loves to tell.
