Yeah same thing with the movie No Reason (http://www.imdb.com/title/tt1601215/).
But as far as this movie goes it's one of the better made ones IMO. The hospital was creepy. The old patients were creepy. The atmosphere was creepy. Everyone talk about the cannibalism scene but it's the sum of the items I mentioned above that makes this a good movie to track down and watch if you haven't already.
