DVD found in the UK!!!

I just found a copy of THE MALLORY EFFECT on EBAY in the UK!!

Need a T.V. that can adapt to PAL format though. I snatched the copy I saw up, but that means there should be more out there!!!

?? Don't get it. Why does the UK get this first?
