Did any one watch this series? Jeffrey Tambor had a pretty much identical role as Hank.
shareYes, I thought it was a total rip off of The Larry Sanders Show theme (which was an amazing show), and one of my favorites. This movie was complete crap (and I love Vincent Gallo and Jeffery Tambor). Oh well, I got it for 2 bucks and Vincent and Jeffery did the best they could with this crap.
shareThis had the potential to be a good. They should have expanded the introduction of the initial characters on and off the talk show set ala The Larry Sanders Show. Give us a good half hour feel of them, and then they can bring in Cox and the whole run around romance thing in NY. Limit the whole mental ward/dog kidnapping side story.
The names were weak as wet paper. Bobby Bishop doesn’t have the ring of a talk show host. Gallo should have had a name like ‘Don Silver'. Tambor gets ‘Art Langdon’.
