If you enjoyed the house band, you should check out a band called DeSol. Chris Guice is in this group and they totally RULE! www.desolmusic.com

Anyone know if they released any recordings as "Out of Order," the shows house band? With maybe the shows theme song? I was torqued when I found a copy of all the music from The Adventures of Pete and Pete (ask for "Polaris" at the local record store) and this would be a total score. Any info would be obliged.

Seriously, carl famine, check out the band DeSol's website. Send an e-mail to Chris c/o the site. I guess if anyone should know, it would be a boy from the band, nu?

It was like that when I got here!

I went to high school (CBA) with Buxton, Mike and Ed and was friends with Buxton from day 1. The others I wasn't as close to. All the rock/metal musicians in the school hung out together and knew each other. We were on the opposite end as the jocks you could say. They released no music when I knew them, up to 1990. I was at their show in Shrewsbury, NJ when the people from Nick came to check them out and wound up hiring them. The only thing I was jealous of was when they went to tape the show they got out of being in school for months at a time, so the last 2 years I barely saw them. I know Buxton didn't like the second season as much because they kept trying to include them in skits and make them do dopey stuff and dress up saying “C’mon it’ll be funny” I never really watched the show, I would occasionally tune in to see them, but never could sit through much as it was aimed at a very young audience. They did make high quality bad teeth for one skit he kept and wore to school for his nerd Halloween costume. He was probably the best of the guitarists in school and we shared a huge love of Van Halen, he even did the Eddie Van Halen bike tape style guitar. The band fell apart and because it was a private school we all traveled huge distances to get there so it wasn't like we lived in the same neighborhoods and could hang out too much outside of school. When school ended we all went our separate ways and almost everyone I ever saw later never saw the people they hung out with again.

Hey Alex...
In 1989...I actually wrote a letter to Buck and he responded back to me...he was sooo nice...I remember him saying he went to an all guys Academy in Lincroft, NJ.
(I am from PA)
Anyway, we talked on the phone a few times and that was pretty much it.

But I recently found him on Myspace and he added me to his friends list and we messaged each other a few times talking about the past.....he is actually recording music now and has a couple CD's out. He has alot of tatoos now too!! I think he is living in NYC.
So..go to my space and type in his name...his page should come up!!
