What would become of me if I were born Amish?

I have a SEVERE allergy to horses (and most animals with fur - cows included) and simply cannot live among them. It's so severe that I'd certainly die quite young if I were raised Amish. I wonder how this would be addressed if I were born into the Amish community? Would they let me die and say it was God's will, or have mercy and let me live among the English? Would they allow me to take medicine to try to combat it (which would be of very little help, I can assure you). Maybe I'll do some research and try to find out, but if anyone reding this has any serious ideas, do tell.
