PLEASE HELP: I only have 3 more Trophies to get!

They are ...
-Captain Olimar (have Pikmin save data on your GCN memory card)
-Paper Mario (hit the sandbag more than 450 metres in the Home Run Contest)
-Diskun (get all of the end-of-level Special Bonuses)

I can get the Captain Olimar trophy easily enough, and I've almost gotten all of the Special Bonuses, so my question is this: "How on earth do you hit the sandbag more than 450 metres (not sure how many feet that is) in the Home Run Contest!" I've had this game for years now, but I've just never been able to achieve it. The best I've gotten is 425 metres with Pichu (WTF). Anyway, if anyone has a way for me to get the Paper Mario trophy (i.e. stategies, cheats, etc.), I'd be eternally in your debt. Thanks!

Hm...I remember there being a trick to the Paper Mario one...I think it had something to do with using Yoshi. You might try looking something like that up on the internet. Sorry I can't be of more help.
