Is there any logical reason why prisoner Ezequiel (played by Lázaro Ramos)always seemed to refer to himself in the third person?
For example when talking about himself instead of using the word "I" he would say "Ezekial"
Also does anybody have any info about who played the character Dagger as I cannot find him listed in the credits at all.

I think Ezequiel was just kinda crazy... Dagger was played by Milhem Cortaz

It had nothing to do with the crack. It was just sort of an interesting character trait thrown in to distinguish him from the other prisoners. Gollum from Lord of the Rings refers to himself in the third person, that doesn't mean that he was smoking enchanted crack rocks.
