The Acting...

...was tremendous. I can't think of a single bad performance. I expected this from PSH, but what this showed me was how good of an actor Ethan Hawke is too. He played the weakling so well.

One thing that bothered me about this movie was PSH's wife was a bit too hot to be believable. I know he was reasonably wealthy, but he's like a 3 at best, and she's a 7 at least. I don't normally pick up on this sort of thing, but it really stood out this time for some reason. Maybe I was just jealous... and perhaps that's intentional, given we were supposed to hate most of the characters in this film.
