Does anyone know how the show ended? (re: Mel and Cole's relationship)

I recall the last episode that I watched of this was where it seems Mel is interested in Cole but she sort of knows that she can't have a long-time relationship with him and vice versa. And so Mel seems to being looking towards her cop friend. Does anyone know if the relationship between the three progressed anymore than that?
